What we collect

What we never do

Deletion, honestly described

When you delete your account we delete your files and destroy the per-user encryption keys that protect your personal data. Backups age out on a documented 35-day rotation: deletion is complete when the last backup containing your key material expires. We keep records we are legally required to keep (e.g. copyright notice records, tax records), each with a named legal basis and a retention clock.
