Copyright takedown notices
If you believe material stored on Nightblue infringes your copyright, send a notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3). We act on complete notices promptly.
Send your notice to
A complete notice includes
- Identification of the work you claim is infringed (or a representative list).
- Identification of the material you want removed, with enough information for us to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices: reply to our action email and we'll provide the §512(g) process, including the 10–14 business-day restoration window.
